By creating an account and placing an order with Mirelle, you agree to the following terms. Accounts: an account with a verified email is required to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Orders and pricing: all prices are shown in Turkish lira and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed. Placing an order does not guarantee stock — availability is confirmed at checkout. Payment: Mirelle currently accepts manual bank transfer only. Your order is confirmed once our team has verified your payment proof. Cancellations: an order can be cancelled by the customer only while it is still pending payment verification. Once payment is confirmed, please contact us directly.
