Returns & Refunds

If something isn't right with your order, we want to make it right. Eligibility: unused, unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare, perfume, and candle items can only be returned if they arrived damaged or incorrect. How to start a return: contact us with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will confirm the next steps with you directly. Refunds: once a return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. As payments are currently processed manually via bank transfer, refunds are also issued manually and confirmed with you directly.
